The weather is starting to finally try and break free from the cold around here but a few weeks ago, when it was under 30 degrees outside, I couldn’t stand it any longer and had to swing a golf club.
I was out of town on a short trip at the time but, of course, I had my clubs in my car as always. I found one of those “golf domes” that are essentially a small indoor golfing range. I can’t recommend these places enough.
The one I visited was a pay by the hour type of place. So for $18 I was able to hit as many golf balls as I could in an hour. The distance you can hit isn’t very far, maybe 125 yards at the maximum, but that was still enough to know if a shot I hit was off the mark or not.
If you have a golf dome-style driving range in your area and the weather isn’t cooperating with you one day I highly recommend you check it out.
