		<description>Thanks for the article.   I collect them.  Good alignment is necessary for maximum performance in most sports; particularly in golf. 

Please check out the PostureJac at www.posturejac.com, as a tool that helps develop the strength to change.   Poor posture is an adapted position from extended unhealthy balance of activities.  Our first walking steps were made with perfect posture because it requires the minimum strength.   In order to change it, a new position needs to override the old one.   Like golf habits, it doesn&#039;t happen automatically but by repeating an action and holding a position until it is established in sensorimotor memory.   

The PostureJac can facilitate the physical  conditioning and establishment of muscle memory.  This brings about the changes you stress here in order to improve your swing.</description>
